Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Singingsuck Plumbing wants singingsuck.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If any part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to talk with a provider in our network, or email contact@singingsuck.living and we will do our part to assist.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@singingsuck.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep working to improve.
Request a callback
Send a request for an estimate and tell us what is going on. A local provider in our network can follow up. Prefer the phone? Request a callback to check provider availability.
