How to Raise a Complaint

A homeowner in San Antonio talking with a friendly plumbing provider beside a kitchen sink

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Singingsuck Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Singingsuck Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we matched you with

Problems With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Singingsuck Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@singingsuck.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
